  • Grinder (if using whole seeds)
  • Measuring Spoon


  • 1 tbsp. Ground flax or chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp. filtered water


  • Combine flax or chia meal and water in a small bowl. Mix well.
  • Let it sit for 10 mins. (for chia) or 20 mins. (for flax) before use.
